Monday 1/4- New Seats, Christmas highs and lows, Lab: Icewater.

Students experience putting hand in ice water and observing thermoregulatory response.Complete Write up with the following discussion questions. Question:1. Find the change in temperature of all of the thermometer readings?2. Accept or reject hypothesis and explain.3. How would your skin change qualitative observation benefit the test subject to maintain homeostasis?4. Explain whether regulation to maintain homeostasis is random specific?5. Explain how a negative feedback system works, use this lab as your example. 6. Can you name four qualities in a highly respected scientist?7. Explain two behavior and physiological responses to cold, caffeine and a stressor of your choice. Due Wednesday
